Justin R. Lewis, a 19-year-old from Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on December 14, 2019. According to reports, Lewis was dropped off at Sinai Hospital around 12:26 a.m. by acquaintances. Despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival. The circumstances surrounding his death were immediately treated as suspicious, prompting a homicide investigation by the Baltimore Police Department.
