On a late Saturday evening in Baltimore, the life of Arthur Nathaniel Comegys was tragically cut short. On October 15, 2022, police responded to reports of a shooting on the unit block of South Monastery Avenue at 10:48 p.m.. Upon arrival, officers found 38-year-old Arthur Nathaniel Comegys, a Black male, suffering from gunshot wounds.
Emergency medical services transported Comegys to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center.
Despite the efforts of medical personnel, he was pronounced dead. The cause of his death was determined to be from the shooting.
