In the evening of October 13, 2019, a young man's life was tragically cut short on a street in Baltimore, Maryland. Franklin Ausby, a 22-year-old male, was found at approximately 9:50 p.m. in the 500 block of Tunbridge Road. He had sustained fatal injuries from a shooting.
