Walter Baynes, a 30-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on April 19, 2018, in a double shooting incident. The shooting occurred around 11:10 a.m. in an alley off the 1700 block of North Regester Street. Baltimore police officers, who were already patrolling the area, responded immediately upon hearing the gunfire.
