Kevin Bailey, age 43, was shot and killed on September 22, 2017, in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident occurred on the 4300 block of Reisterstown Road. According to available reports, a suspect, David Murray, was later arrested and charged with the crime. The shooting happened late at night, and the authorities managed to close the case, partially aided by surveillance footage from the area.
