In the early morning hours of May 14, 2023, the life of 18-year-old Jamal Conrad Martin, a Black / African American male, was tragically cut short on a street in Baltimore, Maryland. Police officers responded to a report of a shooting at approximately 2:30 a.m. in the 2300 block of Homewood Avenue.
