On May 31, 2024, at approximately 3:22 p.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to a shooting incident in the 3800 block of Hayward Avenue. Upon arrival, they discovered three individuals suffering from gunshot wounds: 28-year-old Donovan Fletcher, a 25-year-old male, and a 25-year-old female. All three victims were transported to a local hospital with injuries initially considered non-life-threatening.
