On February 7, 2024, at approximately 9:48 p.m., Baltimore Police officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 4400 block of Belair Road. Upon arrival, they discovered 40-year-old Odell Curtis and 32-year-old Ricardo Brooks-Watters suffering from life-threatening gunshot wounds. Both victims were transported to a local hospital, where they were pronounced deceased despite life-saving efforts.
