On August 3, 2024, a tragic incident occurred in Pikesville, Baltimore County, Maryland. Tracey Wayman Hankins Jr., a 29-year-old man, fell victim to a fatal shooting in the 6800 block of Liberty Road. The Baltimore County Police Department responded to reports of gunfire shortly after 10 p.m. that evening. Upon arrival, officers discovered Hankins unresponsive and suffering from gunshot wounds to his upper body.
