In the city of Baltimore, on November 3, 2020, the life of James Howard Davis Jr. was tragically cut short. The 32-year-old male, known to his loved ones as 'Belaire Bell,' was the victim of a fatal shooting in what has been described as a targeted attack. Born and raised in East Baltimore, he was a man known for being protective of those he loved.
