Ali Ouedraogo, a 38-year-old male, was in the back of the convenience store where he worked, observing his evening prayers on December 14, 2017, in Baltimore, Maryland, when his life was tragically cut short. A bullet pierced through the wall of the store, striking him in the head. He was discovered lying face-down, a victim of a seemingly random act of violence that was part of a larger, terrifying chain of events.
