Seydou Alassane Ba, a 46-year-old resident of Gaithersburg, Maryland, was found dead in his car on November 17, 2014, in Millersville, Maryland. His body was discovered around 6:45 a.m. in the 8300 block of Williamstowne Drive near Old Mill Road.
