In the early morning hours of a November day, what initially appeared to be a single-vehicle accident in Millersville, Maryland, quickly turned into a homicide investigation. First responders arrived at the 8300 block of Williamstowne Drive to find a man deceased in the driver's seat of his car. The man was identified as 46-year-old Seydou Alassane Ba of Gaithersburg. The nature of his injuries led authorities to believe that this was no ordinary car crash.
