On a cold December evening in 2015, the life of 27-year-old Evan Kent Davis, a Black male, was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire. The incident, which occurred on December 11th in Northwest Baltimore, also left three other individuals wounded in what police described as a quadruple shooting.
