Death by Force

Stephon Stinnett, a 29-year-old Baltimore resident, was fatally shot on September 3, 2023, in the unit block of Custom House Avenue, an area known as "The Block," which is home to various adult entertainment venues. Police responded to the scene shortly after 1:00 a.m. and found Stinnett with life-threatening injuries. He was transported to a hospital but succumbed to his injuries later that day. The Medical Examiner officially ruled his death a homicide on September 7, 2023.
