Robert Carter, aged 33, tragically lost his life on April 29, 2022, in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident occurred in the Central Forest Park neighborhood of Northwest Baltimore. On that fateful evening, Carter and another victim, Kennard Wilds, were at a gas station located in the 3300 block of Garrison Boulevard when they were both shot following a dispute.
