Marcus Downer, aged 23, was fatally shot on July 26, 2015, in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident occurred in broad daylight on Rubin Avenue, close to his grandmother's home, where Marcus was just five doors down. A car approached, and a barrage of gunfire was unleashed, taking Marcus's life on what was otherwise a bright Sunday evening.
