Death by Force

On June 5, 2024, at approximately 10:48 p.m., a tragic incident occurred in Baltimore, Maryland, resulting in the death of 32-year-old Travis Bell. Baltimore Police Department officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 2000 block of East 31st Street, located in the Better Waverly neighborhood.
