In the late hours of a Wednesday evening in Baltimore, the life of Travis Bell was tragically cut short. On June 5, 2024, police responded to a report of a shooting in the 2000 block of East 31st Street. There, they discovered 32-year-old Travis Bell, a Black male, lying in the street, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
