In the early morning hours of June 24, 2024, the sound of gunfire pierced the quiet of a Baltimore neighborhood. A ShotSpotter alert prompted a swift response from the Baltimore Police Department, who were dispatched to the 2500 block of Calverton Heights at approximately 2:46 a.m. As officers canvassed the area, their search led them to the 800 block of North Warwick Avenue, where they discovered a grim scene.
