In the early hours of a Wednesday in Baltimore, the calm was broken by the sound of gunfire and a subsequent car crash. On March 16, 2022, police responded to a report of a shooting shortly before 1 a.m. in the 2500 block of Cross County Boulevard. Arriving at the scene, officers found a vehicle that had crashed. Inside, they discovered 31-year-old Frank Lee Pulliam suffering from gunshot wounds.
