In the quiet suburb of Owings Mills, Maryland, a deadly encounter unfolded on the evening of October 12, 2020, forever altering the lives of those involved. Dwayne Edward Elliott III, a 25-year-old male from Baltimore, was found inside his vehicle on Christo Court, suffering from a gunshot wound to his upper body.
