Dwayne Edward Elliott III, a 25-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed on October 12, 2020. The incident occurred in Owings Mills, a suburb of Baltimore, where Elliott was found inside his vehicle on Christo Court. According to police reports, Elliott had arranged to meet Davon Dominic Curry, a 32-year-old man from Owings Mills, for an illicit drug transaction.
