In the autumn of 2015, the life of 17-year-old Rayshawn Jones, a Black male known to some as 'Razor,' was tragically cut short on the streets of Baltimore, Maryland. On the evening of September 22, at approximately 9:10 p.m., violence erupted in the 300 block of South Calhoun Street, resulting in a double shooting that would leave Jones dead and another individual wounded.
