Mackinley Williams, aged 53, was tragically shot and killed on April 24, 2017, in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident occurred around 1:30 p.m. on the 2000 block of East Federal Street. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Williams with a gunshot wound to his upper body. He was immediately transported to a nearby hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
