Tranell Maurice Dansbury, aged 32, was shot and killed on August 6, 2015, in Baltimore, Maryland. He was one of two victims, along with a 31-year-old woman named La Tonya Denise Battle, who were fatally shot in East Baltimore. The incident took place in an area that has seen significant levels of violence. Baltimore Police were called to the scene and identified both victims shortly afterward.
