On March 1, 2024, at approximately 1:05 PM, 55-year-old Johnny Small was fatally shot in the 5400 block of Sinclair Lane in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident occurred in the Northeast District of the city and was part of a series of violent events that took place in Baltimore during early March.
