Wilfredo Hernandez-Reyes, a 20-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed on April 3, 2023. The incident occurred at approximately 9:00 PM in the 2900 block of East Pratt Street, which is located near Patterson Park in the Southeast District of Baltimore City.
