On February 16, 2023, 16-year-old Jasmine Estrella Adame was found fatally shot in an alley near Coyote Trail and Apache Point, close to Pebble Hills Boulevard in far east El Paso, Texas. Her family reported that the location was approximately five minutes from their home.
