Raul "Rulis" Elijah Raygoza, a 16-year-old boy from El Paso, Texas, tragically lost his life on November 11, 2021, in a shooting at Shawver Park. Raul was remembered as a generous and witty young man who loved his family. He was sitting in a parked car with an 18-year-old named Steven Lopez and a 14-year-old girl when the shooting occurred. Steven Lopez was also killed, and the 14-year-old girl was injured and taken to a hospital.
