Cecilia Olivas, a 47-year-old woman from Deming, New Mexico, tragically died on April 2, 2015, in El Paso, Texas. She was found dead in her home on the 14000 block of Sandy Rock by police officers who were responding to a welfare check. Cecilia was discovered on the living room couch with multiple gunshot wounds to her head.
