Kathleen Lynn Austin, a 32-year-old woman, tragically lost her life on February 3, 1980, in El Paso, Texas. Her death occurred during a mass shooting at the Starburst Lounge, a bar located in Northeast El Paso. The incident, which disrupted a quiet night at the lounge, resulted in the deaths of five individuals, including Kathleen Lynn Austin.
