A dispute that began in a New Orleans store on Mardi Gras culminated in the shooting death of 31-year-old Wesley G. Stevenson. The male victim was fatally wounded on March 4, 2025, after an altercation with two individuals.

Following the initial confrontation, the two suspects reportedly followed Stevenson from the store. The pursuit ended on the I-10 East, just past the Crowder exit, where Stevenson was discovered inside a car, having sustained a fatal gunshot wound. He was pronounced de ...
