On March 24, 2017, Gabriel Williams, a 20-year-old African American male, was found dead from a gunshot wound in New Orleans, Louisiana. The incident occurred in the Third District, where officers discovered Williams behind the wheel of a vehicle, already deceased from a gunshot wound.
