On April 12, 2017, 26-year-old Kelvin Stevenson was shot and killed in the Milan neighborhood of New Orleans, Louisiana. The incident occurred in the 3700 block of Freret Street. According to reports from the Orleans Parish Coroner, Kelvin died from gunshot wounds, with the shooting taking place in the evening hours.
