Eddie Celestine, aged 31, was killed on November 1, 2017, in New Orleans, Louisiana. The incident occurred in the New Orleans East area, specifically in the 6800 block of Cindy Place. Celestine was shot multiple times, and he succumbed to his injuries before medical help could arrive.
