In the spring of 2017, a family's desperate search for a missing young man came to a tragic conclusion in New Orleans. Joseph Michael Consonery, a 22-year-old male, had vanished, leaving his loved ones in a state of anxious uncertainty. He was last seen on April 17 at his girlfriend's home in the 4800 block of Touro Street. After that day, all attempts by his mother to reach him on his phone were unsuccessful.
