Donovan Jarrad Dugar, aged 20, was tragically shot and killed in the early hours of May 18, 2013, in New Orleans, Louisiana. The incident occurred at approximately 12:36 a.m. in the 5100 block of Congress Drive. Donovan was found with multiple gunshot wounds, and he was pronounced dead at the scene by authorities. The investigation into his death remains unsolved, and law enforcement officials are still searching for leads to identify the individuals responsible.
