Kharen Chapman, age 29, was fatally shot on November 21, 2016, in New Orleans, Louisiana. The incident occurred around midnight when New Orleans Police Department (NOPD) officers responded to multiple shots being fired. They found Kharen Chapman in the middle of the street suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Unfortunately, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
