2 men sitting in car shot dead
On a Wednesday evening in New Orleans, shortly after 7 p.m. on December 14, 2011, Terrance Barber, Jr., a 27-year-old African-American male, was sitting in the passenger seat of a burgundy Buick Century. The car was parked at 3915 Annunciation St. alongside his friend, Jamal Phillips, who was in the driver's seat. Suddenly, a black pickup truck carrying a group of gunmen approached their vehicle and opened fire.
