In the early summer of 2011, the vibrant city of New Orleans lost a man known for his infectious smile and larger-than-life personality. Anthony Precell Wilmore, a 52-year-old male, passed away on Saturday, June 11, 2011. Born in the neighboring St. Charles Parish on May 22, 1959, he had become a well-regarded figure in his community, known affectionately as 'Precell' to his friends and family.
