Margie Kay Reckard, a 63-year-old woman of Caucasian ethnicity, tragically lost her life on August 3, 2019, in El Paso, Texas. She was one of the victims of the horrific mass shooting at a Walmart in El Paso, which resulted in the deaths of 23 people and injured many others. Margie Kay Reckard was married to Antonio Basco, who had no other family and was deeply affected by her loss.
