Isabel Ortiz, a 34-year-old woman from El Paso, Texas, tragically died on December 16, 2022. She was fatally shot by her 17-year-old son, Juan Ortiz, following an argument at their home in the 300 block of South Hills Street. The incident occurred in the afternoon, and Isabel was immediately taken to University Medical Center of El Paso, where she succumbed to her injuries shortly after arrival.
