Georgette Frances Garcia-Kaufmann, a 50-year-old Hispanic woman, was an assistant attorney general and a lifelong resident of El Paso, Texas. She died unexpectedly on November 14, 2020, at her home in the Manhattan Heights neighborhood. Georgette was born on May 21, 1970, and was the daughter of George E. Garcia and Gloria Garcia . She was survived by her husband, Daniel Kaufmann, and their 17-year-old son, Connor George Kaufmann.
