On a quiet Saturday, October 8, 1994, in Butts County, Georgia, a horrific scene unfolded, leaving three people dead and a community in shock. The victims were 70-year-old Erner Barkley, a male, his 75-year-old brother Eugene Barkley, and 10-year-old Justin Davis.
