On June 17, 2024, at approximately 9:30 p.m., Maryland State Police responded to a reported shooting in the unit block of Locust Point Road in Elkton, Maryland. Upon arrival, troopers discovered 56-year-old Christopher Cimorose Sr. lying in the driveway, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Emergency medical personnel pronounced Cimorose deceased at the scene.
