Malcolm G. Lowrie, a 22-year-old resident of Elkton, Maryland, was tragically killed on the night of March 26, 2016. The incident occurred around 10:45 p.m. in the unit block of Navajo Trail North, where Lowrie was visiting a home. According to reports, two or more individuals entered the residence and a confrontation ensued, during which Lowrie was shot.
