On a late Saturday night, the quiet of a Temple Hills neighborhood was shattered by the sound of gunfire. On September 28, 2024, Bracston Pitt, a 40-year-old man from Elkridge, was found lying in the roadway on the 2900 block of Oxon Park Street. He had been shot multiple times.
