Bernard Lewis Jr., a 27-year-old resident of Temple Hills, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed on June 2, 2022. The incident occurred around 11:30 a.m. on the 4400 block of 23rd Parkway. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Lewis suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite their efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
