On a cold evening in Temple Hills, Maryland, the life of 18-year-old Jamal Dominique Hazel was tragically cut short. On Monday, December 15, 2008, Hazel was found in the parking lot of a McDonald's on Chavez Lane, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The incident, which appeared to be a drive-by shooting, happened not far from his home on Hil Mar Drive.
