Edward Gregory Payne, aged 48, was tragically shot to death on June 5, 2016, in Temple Hills, Maryland. According to reports, Prince George's County Police discovered Payne in a parking lot in the 4800 block of Stamp Road around 1:25 a.m. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
