Death by Force

Edward Gregory Payne, aged 48, was tragically shot to death on June 5, 2016, in Temple Hills, Maryland. According to reports, Prince George's County Police discovered Payne in a parking lot in the 4800 block of Stamp Road around 1:25 a.m. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. Payne was a resident of Northeast Washington, D.C., and the police indicated that the shooting did not appear to be random.
