On the evening of May 5, 2023, Jason Patrick Pritchard, a 44-year-old White/Caucasian male, was fatally shot in what has been described as a senseless act of violence in Madison, Wisconsin. The incident occurred outside the Badger Tavern, a bar located in the southwestern part of the city. Pritchard was discovered with gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
