Jeffrey Delaney, 51, a white male, was found shot inside his home on Laurel Avenue in Victoria, Texas, on the evening of July 9, 2025. Victoria police were dispatched around 7:30 p.m.; inside the residence they discovered Delaney and his wife, 36-year-old Madeline Delaney. He was pronounced dead at the scene, while she was rushed to a local hospital and then transferred out of town for advanced treatment.
